They are culturally aware, comfortable in communication styles, facilitating difficult conversations, and training others in an engaging and inclusive manner.
Introducing: Hands Across the Aisle
Although diversity, equity, and inclusion are not new ideas, recent cultural shifts and government legislation have highlighted their importance and highlighted how far we still have to go. Organizations must take up the slack and keep the momentum going because, in the end, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) improves their financial performance and because consumers now demand higher standards of social responsibility. You will obtain practical insights and a better understanding of the significance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace during this six-week programme. You will use the skills and information you have gained throughout the programme to complete a capstone project at the end, which will involve developing a DEI strategy for your own company.

Our diversity, equity and inclusion certification curriculum is based on a few simple and powerful principles, which are consistent with research regarding the most effective modes of adult learning and behavioral change.
Delivered via Zoom, the DEI Coach Practitioner program involves 12 - ICF accredited training hours over 2-days. Attend Session 1 Coaching DEI Foundations and complete Session 2 curriculum includes Coaching Foundations. You will be able to begin your coaching practice with a solid foundation of core coaching competencies. No additional in-person classroom time is required.
